$____________ is the balance that is due in CASH on or before the puppy is picked up to go to their new home. Please note that the remaining balance due is acceptable in cash only when made at time pick up. Initial here _____ stating that you acknowledge this.
Buyer agrees to neuter/spay the puppy before it reaches one year of age. Purchaser agrees to supply Seller with the veterinarian's letter of proof of neuter/spay. If Purchaser fails to neuter/spay this puppy and provide proof to the Seller by one year of age, rights and ownership of the dog will automatically terminate and revert back to Seller who may immediately assume possession of the dog. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that this puppy will be registered by limited registration.
All deposits are non-refundable and when a deposit is made on a puppy we will hold that puppy until time of pick up. However we do reserve the right to deny sale of said puppy and if this was to occur the deposit will be refunded in full. To qualify for this health warranty you must be the original buyer and have the puppy examined and checked by a licensed veterinarian of buyer's choice and expense within a 48 hour period (excluding Sat, Sun and holidays) after pick up of your puppy has been made. This warranty does not cover for costs associated with, but not limited to, clinic costs, medications, shipping, personal damages or emotional grief. We do not warranty conformation, reproductive ability, testicles descending, patellas, potty training ability or the temperament of the puppy. This warranty also does not cover common conditions such as, but not limited to improper bite, trachea problems, hypoglycemia, internal and external parasites, coccidian, or any condition that can be corrected by Veterinarian treatment. All puppies come with a one year heart defect and liver shunt warranty . If one of these two conditions does occur with your puppy the puppy must be returned to us at buyer’s expense within the the one year time frame for a full refund of the purchase price. If you decide to keep your puppy, all vet bills will be your responsibility. If you chose not to take your puppy to the vet within the 48 hour time period (excluding Sat, Sun and holidays) after picking up your puppy you will forfeit this warranty – No Exceptions. By signing this contract you agree that you are not a broker or purchasing this puppy for resale. Puppy is to be picked up on the day listed above or up to one week after unless prior arrangements in writing are made. If after the one week time frame the puppy along with the deposit will be considered forfeited and a new home will be found.
